Banqets & Catering at Carey Hilliard's Restaurants

At Carey Hilliard's, we have a banquet hall behind our Abercorn Street location for large gatherings of 60 to 240 guests and private dining rooms at each of our restaurants for 20 or more people.  We also can provide catering for 60 or more at your location in Chatham County and surrounding areas.  Choose a selection below for more information based on your needs:

Private Party Rooms

Exceptional food in our buffet lineEach Carey Hilliard’s Restaurant has a “private party room” which can be reserved and closed off from the public for private events. These rooms vary in seating capacity.  You can check our Locations page for the seating capacity at each restaurant. Availability varies, but most restaurants will reserve these rooms seven days a week.  A minimum of 20 guests is required.

Our standard menu is served “Buffet Style” and consists of:

  • Southern Fried Chicken or Baked Chicken (or combination of both)*
  • Our Famous Hickory Smoked Barbecue Pork with our legendary barbecue sauce
  • Hilliard’s Unique Brunswick Stew made with beef and potatoes
  • Green Beans
  • Whole Kernel Corn
  • Potato Salad
  • Cole Slaw
  • Rolls
  • Tea and Coffee

The cost is only $13.99 per person.  Our hand-breaded fresh fried shrimp can be added to the buffet line for just an additional $1.00 per person, and is served with hush puppies.

* Patrons also have the option for an “Order Off The Menu” private party, but no combinations of Buffet and Menu parties are available.

Reservations must be made in advance with a “non-refundable” $25.00 deposit. Call the restaurant you prefer for available dates and questions.  Ask for the Restaurant Manager.  Reservation forms can be delivered in person or by faxing to (912) 925-1699. When faxing form, please specify the location of your party.

Banquet Hall:

Carey Hilliard's Banquet HallCarey Hilliard’s Banquet Hall is available 7 days a week Monday through Sunday.  It is located directly behind our Carey Hilliard’s Restaurant at 11111 Abercorn Street in Savannah.  A minimum of 60 is required with a maximum seating capacity of 240.  Free Wi-Fi is available.

Our standard menu is served “Buffet Style” and consists of:

  • Southern Fried Chicken or Baked Chicken (or combination of both)*
  • Our Famous Hickory Smoked Barbecue Pork with our legendary barbecue sauce
  • Hilliard’s Unique Brunswick Stew made with beef and potatoes
  • Green Beans
  • Whole Kernel Corn

  • Cole Slaw
  • Relish Tray
  • Tossed Salad
  • Rolls
  • Tea and Coffee

The cost is only $14.00 per person.  Our hand-breaded fresh fried shrimp can be added to the buffet line for just an additional $1.00 per person, and is served with hush puppies.
